Sensor: identical

Levels currently supplies Dexcom Stelo. It also supports bringing a Dexcom G7 or G7 15 Day through a connected Dexcom account; those readings reach Levels with about a one-hour delay. Use the Dexcom app for real-time readings. Service eligibility and device labeling are separate. Nutrisense currently lists Dexcom Stelo among its products. Coaching plans provide access to registered dietitians. Check the selected plan for sensor quantity, coaching and service eligibility; the device’s FDA indication does not determine eligibility for the service.

Dexcom Stelo is an over-the-counter device for people aged 2 years and older who do not use insulin, with caregiver supervision below 18. It is not intended for problematic hypoglycemia or dialysis and has no clinical high/low alarms. Platform enrollment may have narrower eligibility.

How do Nutrisense and Levels Health prices compare?
Both providers set their own plans and change them, so GlucoseForge does not rank them. See our full pricing comparison for the plan structure, and compare current prices on each provider's site.
Does Nutrisense include a dietitian?
Nutrisense lists 1:1 video-call coaching with registered dietitians or certified nutrition specialists, with in-app messaging between calls; insurance covers the calls for most eligible members and self-pay options exist (Nutrisense FAQ). Coaching is separate from the sensor.
Do Nutrisense and Levels use the same CGM sensor?
Levels currently supplies Dexcom Stelo. It also supports bringing a Dexcom G7 or G7 15 Day through a connected Dexcom account; those readings reach Levels with about a one-hour delay. Use the Dexcom app for real-time readings. Service eligibility and device labeling are separate. Nutrisense currently lists Dexcom Stelo among its products. Is there an alternative without a subscription?
Yes. Abbott Lingo and Dexcom Stelo are OTC CGMs with no subscription layer — the sensor and its manufacturer’s app. Compare their current prices with the subscription plans in the cost calculator. See our CGM for non-diabetics guide for a full comparison.
