Every Levels Health plan — monthly or annual — includes the same core offering: FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose sensors, full access to the Levels app with metabolic scoring, meal logging and food response analysis, wearables integration (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health), and lab result upload. There is no feature gap between tiers — the only difference is billing frequency and total cost.
