Three membership tiers: Classic (glucose only, self-guided), Core (adds lab panels with 28+ markers and clinician review) and Complete (adds 100+ marker labs, a functional-nutritionist session and concierge support). Levels memberships include Dexcom Stelo CGMs; members can also use their own compatible CGMs: Dexcom G7 and G7 15 Day (direct account connection) and any monitor that writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, including Dexcom G6. Levels lists clinician review in Core and Complete and a functional-nutritionist session in Complete. For comparison, Nutrisense bundles registered dietitian access into its subscription.
Levels currently supplies Stelo, which is itself an OTC device. Compare the provider’s current membership inclusions with buying Stelo directly. Whether the app features suit your needs depends on which analytics and integrations you use; compare current prices rather than assuming the membership costs more or less.
